Modern Pentathlon Australia has written to our Voting Member States calling for nominations for the MPA Executive and proposed resolutions or motions for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Friday April 22nd in conjunction with the Australian Championships from 22nd to 24th, in Melbourne
MPA Executive Nominations to be voted on at the AGM
Nominations for the MPA Executive are to be received via this notification form. Only nominations in accordance with the nomination form will be accepted. Interested applicants should carefully read the Roles and Responsibilities document outlining the expectations of all roles on the Executive. Applicants should also note which specific role they are nominating for.
All members are requested to pass on this information to anyone who might be interested in nominating for a role on the MPA Executive. Nominations are to be delivered in writing to the Secretary at secretary@modernpentathlon.org.au by no later than March 25th 2022.
Proposed resolutions and motions to be voted on at the AGM
In accordance with the requirements of the recently adopted MPA Constitution, Voting Member States have been officially written to with a notice of request for any proposed resolutions or motions to be delivered in writing to the MPA Secretary at secretary@modernpentathlon.org.au by no later than March 25th 2022.
Any proposed motions and nominations for the MPA Executive will be voted on by the MPA State Members at the AGM. The MPA Constitution can be found here.
We are looking forward to the AGM and seeing as many members, and their support network, in Melbourne for the Australian Championships from 22-24 April.
