October sees the second of our Domestic Time Trials.

Time Trials consist of Laser Run and Swim.

Complete the Time Trial on the weekend 16th /17th or 23th /24th October, which ever weekend suits you best.

Under 13 – 3 X 400 2 X 5 hits
Under 15 – 3 X 600 2 X 5 hits
Under 17 – 4 X 600 3 X 5 hits
Under 19 – 5 X 600 4 X 5 hits
Juniors – 5 X 600 4 X 5 hits
Seniors – 5 X 600 4 X 5 hits

And if local / state government regulations allow, complete a Swim

Under 11 – 50m
Under 13 – 100m
Under 15 – 100m
Under 17 – 200m
Under 19 – 200m
Juniors – 200m
Seniors – 200m
