10.00am Time Trial, followed by a come and try laser run instructional session.

This is a fabulous opportunity to see some talented young athletes in action who have recently competed at the Laser Run World Championships including the 2022 Womens Junior Laser Run World Champion. Followed by the opportunity to participate in an introduction to Laser Run session and give the sport a try for yourself.
