Want to get ready for the National Triathle and Laser Run Championships next month?

With a little under seven weeks until the event, MPA has put together a 6-week training program to help all our athletes compete at their best.

Starting April 19, the weekly program is available to all athletes to help build fitness and skills ahead of the event.
