Our strategy
Modern Pentathlon Australia has unveiled a new strategic plan for 2024-2028, with the vision of inspiring and empowering Australians to play well, win well, adapt and diversify through modern pentathlon.
The plan lays out an ambitious blueprint, with growth, development and sustainability at its core. The plan aims to:
bolster grassroots participation by empowering delivery of high-quality events and broadening the sport’s digital and social media exposure,
create an integrated and inclusive high performance and talent pathway and environment, and
invest in the recruitment and development of coaches, technical officials and volunteers.
Featuring a range of strategic priorities across four connected pillars, the plan sets out the objectives that will govern MPA’s decision making through the next quad in the lead up to Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
We are incredibly excited about this vision and plan, which seeks to involve and empower more people to allow us to reach our full potential.
